Margaret Brooks - Property Manager

Margaret has had over 18 years in the sales and property management fields. She accompanied her husband to Mt. Hagen, Papua New Guinea where she managed The Professionals real estate office and had her first taste of property management "PNG style".

On returning to Brisbane after five years Margaret worked in the Western Suburbs in Brisbane and created a large client base over a 12 year period.

The need for a sea change instigated the move to the Gold Coast where Margaret and her husband bought a unit and settled in to life beachside.

Margaret has worked here in Main Beach for three and a half years as Property Manager for a well known real estate office which has recently gone into liquidation. She is experienced in all aspects of property management trust accounting, client selection, property inspection, maintenance, rent collection and arrears control.
