Jim Keys - Director
Jim Keys has serviced the Australian Real Estate market for over 20 years and is widely recognised for his proven ability with overseas sales and experience in prestige residential and commercial sales.
Keys Realty started from humble beginnings, having strength in its staff pride and approach. Keys Realty has become an industry leader into the 21st century and raising the bar to levels that other agents only strive to achieve.
Keys Realty has grown to over 10 staff members in the last 5 years, all with fantastic qualifications and the essential drive needed to excel. Our agency offers a personal service that only a family run team can offer.
Each member of his team has been encouraged to continue training and undertake educational programs to meet the demands of our sophisticated community in this new century. A Facet of this includes changes to industry trends, laws and town planning.
Ross Julien - Sales Consultant
Ross commenced his Real estate career in Sydney with L.J.Hooker in 1965, and was quickly promoted to the youngest sales manager in the company. He subsequently opened his own Business in Kings Cross and eventually became involved in the development and marketing side of property from Sydney to North Queensland.
Ross moved to the Gold Coast in 1982 and he continued his love affair with property, joining Keys realty at main beach on the day it opened with his long-standing friend and acquaintance Jim Keys. Ross has been a driving force in Main Beach ever since.
His motto is "Why sell for less, when you can achieve more!"
Julia Keen - Sales Consultant
Julia Keen is a Gold Coast girl having been educated at St Hilda's School at Southport.
With travels for 5 years chartering yachts to the fortunate Europeans, Australasian and Americans, working in Main Beach, says Julia, is quite like the lifestyle back in Greece.
You never know where your next client comes from and thats the exciting part of the marketing role in Main Beach "Here it's very cosmopolitan way of life!"
Julia's, competency and professionalism is matched by few others in the industry. She has quickly established her friendly down-to-earth approach amongst clients seeking the highest price and service driven approach.
Mashelle Jones - Sales Consultant
Mashelle Jones started her career in real estate in 1982, working in the exclusive eastern suburbs of Sydney, where she sold multi-million dollar properties.
Mashelle moved to the Gold Coast in 1988 and in between living here, overseas and working in Sydney throughout the ‘90s and early 2000s she even became an ambassador for the Gold Coast.
What she loves most about her job is meeting new people and the adrenalin rush of closing a deal knowing that she has achieved the best results.
With Mashelles friendly approach and can do attitude, nothing is too much trouble and she takes great joy from the results from negotiating a win for both Seller and Buyer.
Shannon Hines - Office Manager / Project Marketing Manager
Shannon joined the Keys Realty team in 2005, coming from many years experience in Property Management in one of the most successful Real Estate Agencies in Brisbane.
Shannon is sincere about being the first point of contact at Keys Realty Main Beach. She understands buying and selling a home can be a stressful time, however with her extensive experience she makes our client's interaction with Keys Realty an extremely smooth transaction. She also describes her role at Keys Realty as supporting the agents to help make their life easier and in turn assist them to sell property!
Shannon's ambition has seen her move into a new and exciting role in the Keys Realty team, becoming the first port of call for Foreign Investors, Developers and Buyers on a Budget. In this role she works closely with Jim Keys and with his vast experience and her meticulous attention to detail, we see our clients requirements are meet every time.
