Development Overview

Skyline Tower embodies the first stage of the three tower complex.  The Raptis Group has recently launched two luxury penthouses in the newly completed Skyline Tower to add to their prestige collection of six sub penthouses which have redefined Gold Coast stylish living.

Released onto the market for the first time, the sophisticated Skyline Tower penthouses are the only completed skyhomes of their stature to hit the Gold Coast real estate market in 18 months.

The two-level south penthouse is a symphony of welcoming and harmonious open plan living spaces over 360 square metres. Skyline Tower  (Stage 1)

The first of the Towers of Chevron Renaissance, takes its name from the famous Skyline Lounge, the sophisticated Chevron Hotel entertainment spot that was once Surfers Paradise’s most popular meeting place.

Completed in December 2002, Skyline Tower rises to 40 levels above the street, with 183 apartments comprising 2 Penthouses, eight three-bedroom Sub-Penthouses and 173 one, two and three bedroom apartments.  Based on research by Raptis, Skyline’s 14 one-bedroom, 92 two-bedroom and 67 three-bedroom apartments are designed for optimum lifestyle enjoyment.

Designs include an innovative range of Weekend Havens for holiday homebuyers, spacious residential apartments and stylish three-bedroom units – some with dual letting layouts – to appeal to the most discerning buyers.  All feature fine appointments, modern open-plan design, latest security, high technology links and ducted air-conditioning.

Skyline North  (Stage 2)

The second of the Towers of Chevron Renaissance – Skyline North – will rise to 49 levels and will offer two Penthouses - one over two-levels and the other over two-levels plus a roof terrace – 2 three-bedroom Sub-Penthouses and 284 apartments comprising 16 one-bedroom, 226 two-bedroom and 42 three-bedroom apartments.

The designs include a Weekend Haven range similar to those which proved so very popular with holiday homebuyers in Tower 1, spacious two-bedroom residential apartments, and stylish three-bedroom units with panoramic views of the ocean and hinterland.

Skyline Central  (Stage 3)

The third and final tower in the project – Skyline Central, with 39 levels and 240 apartments will comprise 24 three bedroom, 211 two bedroom and 4 one bedroom apartments.  The internal finishes will be similar to those in Skyline North with views ranging from ocean through to river and hinterland.

All apartments feature the same high level of appointments as for Skyline Tower, modern open-plan design, latest security, high technology links and ducted air-conditioning.

Lifestyle  Facilities

Skyline provides private entertainment facilities for the exclusive use of residents.  The clubroom and meeting facility has its own kitchen and is suitable for in house food preparation or external catering.

The sixteen seat private theatre provides a quality theatre environment with large flat screen technology suitable for a private theatre evening with family and friends.
